Because Every Family Deserves Someone in Their Corner.

Who We Are

Tim and Niqui Chatfield

REVA Source exists because we've lived this journey ourselves and we know how hard it can be.

Years ago, we began noticing changes in Tim's mother. Small things at first. Memory lapses. Repeated conversations. Subtle shifts that became impossible to ignore. As her dementia progressed, we found ourselves doing what so many families do: searching for answers, trying to understand our options, advocating for the right care, and balancing impossible emotions with very real decisions.

What made it hardest wasn't the logistics. It was navigating love, guilt, uncertainty, family dynamics, and the quiet fear of getting something wrong, all at once.

No family should have to carry that alone.

That experience is at the heart of why REVA Source exists. And as parents of five children ourselves, it has shaped how we've approached our own future. We've planned ahead intentionally — because we never want our kids to face those moments feeling lost, overwhelmed, or without guidance.

This work isn't just professional for us. It's personal.

Our Mission

To help families find clarity and confidence during one of life's most difficult transitions.

We believe every family deserves someone who will listen first, before offering solutions. Someone who takes the time to understand the full picture, the real priorities, and the unique dynamics involved. Someone who guides without pressure, informs without confusion, and treats every family like people — not a transaction.

Why Families Trust Us

For over 30 years, our work has been built around helping people navigate complex, high-stakes decisions — the kind where there's rarely one clear right answer.

We've had the privilege of working with more than 12,000 families across all 50 states and over 40 countries. And for the past 15+ years, we've partnered with financial advisors and their clients on long-term planning, implementation, and the kind of decisions that require both expertise and genuine care.

Senior transitions are a different chapter of life — but the process is remarkably familiar: families facing important decisions need someone to help them slow down, ask the right questions, and move forward with confidence.

That's exactly what we do.

Let's Start with a Conversation

If you're navigating a difficult decision for someone you love, you don't have to figure it out alone.

We're not here to push you toward an answer. We're here to help you find one you feel good about — because when families understand their situation clearly, the path forward becomes much easier to see.
